all the local dealers around here BEG me to test ride their bikes cause they know im a serious buyer and I have had test rides on Suzuki and Yamaha bikes, even had 2 test rides on the Yamaha Roadstar and he thinks im crazy cause I like the V Star 1100 better, but in my opinion the Roadstar is the best big cruiser bike out there, I just wouldn't buy it cause its belt drive.

Moto - please go trade in your M50 for that VStrom 1000 you were screaming about in your other thread. Suck it up and pay the insurance (I thought you've always said you were loaded with cash... I'm sure you can come up with it if you stop giving it all to your riding buddies).

Then you will have a bike you love and can stop whining about your M50. and maybe finally you will be happier??
Ya right, there are only 2 kinds of bikes: It's a Ninja... look that one's a Harley... oh there's a Ninja... Harley...Ninja...

Did I just hear Moto say that he wants to scrape knees in tight curves, and wants a high speed sport bike? So he bought a mid sized cruiser? The only way he could have choose something more different to fit those things would be to buy a 125cc eliminator.

Oh yea, remember to tape a video recorder to your V-Storm 1000 when you start scraping knees in the twisties and passing all the less experienced 600cc repli-racer squids in your area...

Mr Koss,, yes i do remember reading that somewhere where you can purchace a video camera mount, it like mounts to the gas cap or something. If I buy the V Strom I promice I won't whine and complain about my M50 anymore and if some new guy buying his first bike asks about the M50 I won't say anything.

With your welding skills, you should have no trouble fashioning a camera mount to fit your bike, maybe add a few gyros to self level the camera, a couple of shock absorbers... Also prehaps with your stunning looks you should try being a $100 per hour escort, you'll have that bike in no time

And maybe change you name to Steve Stunning or Lance Romance. Although I'd imagine Skippy Tirdtapper would be the most appropriate.

Ive also heard about that mount that bolts onto the hex screws of a gas cap... like on sport bikes. I think I saw the ad in a magazine or something... oh speaking about those ads... saw another one where they have kits of mounts that can pretty much fit anywhere... and if they don't have anything made for it, they will make it for you.
