Bikeless no more!

#1 Unread post by tanitatt »

Just got my very first bike last night. A 2003 Ninja 250. Can't wait for the weekend where I'll be taking it to the nearest parkinglot to practice the MSF stuff I just learned this past weekend.

Cool

Congrats man! Glad to hear you started out small, and are practicing before you take it on the road!

Congrats.

My first bike was a Ninja 250 and I practiced in a parking lot too. Rode in the lot for about an hour or two before I braved the sidestreets.

When I took to the sidestreets, I was FLYING. I was going so incredibly fast that I knew my speed was a little dangerous and foolhardy. I figured I should back-off a little. I looked down at my speedometer - 20MPH.

Have fun.
