I think that, if you upload the picture to photobucket.com it gives you the ability to easily resize the image. One of the options, I believe, is 'Avatar'.

Odd I get this "The avatar must be less than 133 pixels wide and 220 pixels high"

And this one fits those requirments. I am rather computer savy, so I thought...this is embarrassing loL!
