Uhh...maybe you need new rings.
People say I'm stupid and apathetic. I don't know what that means, and I don't care.
Always wear a helmet, eye protection, and protective clothing. Never ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

What is fouling the plug or plugs? Oil? Gas? Carbon?

Are you riding the dodo out of it? or are you just putting around slowly?

Since this bike is a 2-stroke...
It could be that you aren't running it hard enough to burn off carbon, most likely this is not the case.
Check to make sure the engine is not getting too much oil..
Check carburetor settings...(make sure it is not running too rich)
If they are all correct then check to see if your trans. oil level is slowly dropping. What could be happening is the trans. oil is leaking into your crankcase and causing the plug to carbon up and foul out. (Which would require a seal replacement)

Are you using the right sparkplug?
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

All of the above, 'cept the worn rings maybe, plus... Is the air filter dirty?
Change you pre-mix oil or mix ratio when this started?
No Witnesses....
