"Squeaking" brakes are caused by the pads vibrating against the pistons and rotor. This can be caused by gunk on the rotor or pads. Try wiping your rotors down with a rag soaked in brake cleaner. Do that a couple times a week and don't get any on your paint. Wear gloves, too, brake cleaner is some good stuff.
If that doesn't improve it, remove your calipers and apply disc brake anti-squeal compound between the brake pad and the caliper piston(s). This will help mitigate the vibration and should quiet down those brakes.
Also, some brake pad compounds are naturally squeaky, such as some ceramics.
