Had never heard of it before. However, willing to try. I have had a shot of Black Bush in my Guinness before. But am willing to try the "Irish Car Bomb" May need a better name for it though.
They are really good if you are a guinness fan, the thing is you have to chug it down though as soon as you drop the shot into the glass. For some reason, the mixture starts to coagulate if you let it sit for awhile. Not for the faint of heart...

I agree the name is kinda in bad taste, but it wasnt my idea

I'll say Fosters is my favorite most of the time. I like a Fat Tire, but I can't get those in my neck of the woods. Guiness is a desert beer for me, but I'm known to drink one every now and again.

Every now and then at the packie (that's masshole for liquor store) you see a $9.40 6 pack of imported beer that just says "buy me". And you do. And it's some of the best $9.40 you've ever spent.

It is quite good. To the point I almost started a new thread just for it. Then I saw this one back on top.

Oh, about the Irish Car Bomb and curdling, it's the beer that makes the Bailey's curdle.
