if you want to hear a whistle while you are riding just go through town wfo it wont be long before you will hear many police whistles right behind you.with all the cities now trying to pass legislation to bar motorcycles because of noise this is the stupidest thing i have ever heard bar none.

You can't actually see the thing they're installing and I don't think sound qualifies as decor.
