New Bike, New State

What happens in the case where, you just take your basic course, get your license and, within weeks or so, need to move to another state? Do you have to go through new exams in the new state? Does it depend on the state?

In most cases once you have your license all you have to do is transfer it to the new state and pay extra for that, some may make you take the written test for both car and bike. Go to the states DMV website it should have the info on out of state transfers.
