I PASSED!!!

#1 Unread post by dean owens »

i haven't posted on here but for the last three days i've been in the harley riders edge course. today was our final. and i passed. didn't miss any on the written and only got 3 points off for going out of the box once. so i'm off tomorrow to get my endorsement.

btw, there's a rumor going around that harley gives you lunch on one or both of the riding days. not at our place. we got some coupons for things like a free days rental of a bike and 15% off gear but no food.

anyway, i'm just happy i passed. excited that i only got 3 points. that's the best i ever did on the box. and i guess that's all that counts.

thanks. and btw shorts, you have all sorts of respect from me. i've read parts of your blog and thought to myself, "wow, that's got to be tricky for her to do all that with her right hand." that thought was before i took my class. holy smokes shorts. first of all, my left forarm is killing me right now and it only had one task. and i can't even imagine the emergency stops all with the right hand. i was thinking of you today as i was doing my stuff in amazement.

:D Thanks dean.

You massage those forearms out, rest up and head out for a nice ride. You're going to totally love it, especially after a grueling weekend of drills.

Excellent reading from Shorts. She is amazing on a motorcycle, with the limited use of her left arm and hand. She does those drills in her videos so easy and so smoothly.

Opps, didnt mean to derail the thread, Congratz on the great scores for your BRC Dean.
