An infomercial fitness guru during the 90s. Her buzzword was "Stop the Insanity" and she stuck out because she had buzzed blond hair. You can see a photo of her on the link. :)

Thanks. She is very attractive. I've been thinking lately about cutting my hair, but I'll wait until the weather gets warmer.

Ooops! Showing my age. If I had her bone structure and hair that would stand up, I'd go for a flat-top in a flash. But I don't and besides, I like my goofy hairstyle.

Time for a Buff!

I use a buff too...or a cute handkerchief. My hair is long so I also have throw in a quick braid or my hair will get knotted at freeway speeds.

If my hair gets too matted down to where I look like a drowned rat, I'll just throw on a bandanna and call it a day. Luckily though, if I'm only riding for a couple of hours, my hair will retain its shape for the most part.

Cheers,
Loonette

Ahhhh the long hair thing.......my bf loves the long hair - but what a hassle when it's time to ride. I have a BUF and it's great - but i would much rather just cut it off and feel the wind in my hair!!!

My helmet is ruining my perm. I have straight and very fine hair, about shoulder length. All I need to do is shake my head and I have tangles.
Had it permed a few years back and that solved all the tangle problems.
My problem now is when I take my helmet off my hair has lost all of it's tight curls, it's just a wavy mess!
Would a Buf help?
Thanks

I would think the Buff is still going to flatten your hair. Might help with the tangles though.

Lots of girls spend hours flat ironing their hair in the a.m. The look is trendy now.
