Just bought my first bike

#1 Unread post by hjc623 »

Hi, I took my course last Sept and finally found my ride, a red 89 Honda Hawk GT. It is in the shop getting certified. I have the service manual for it but the seller did not have the owner's manual. Any suggestions how to locate an owner's manual for the hawk? Thanks.

P.S. This is a great site. I have learned a lot reading all the resources here. Keep up the good work.

Welcome aboard! Good luck finding information on your bike. I looked around a bit, but didn't come up with anything. Maybe the service guys at your local Honda shop might know. Enjoy the forums.

Cheers,

Welcome Andy!

I love the Hawks. They are rare, collectible machines these days. The best advice I can give you about the manual is to keep an eye on E-Bay. Stuff like that turns up there occasionally.
