When should the air filters be changed on a new bike ?
I've got 1500 miles on my bike now, when should I change the air filter?

When it's dirty. 
Seriously, keep checking it, and when it looks pretty dirty, it probably is dirty. Change it then. If you live in a high-dust climate, this could be in 5000 miles, or in a wet, clean-air enviroment, it could be 20 000 miles.
If in any doubt, the owner's manual should have a scheduled interval listed for this. When your totally puzzled, go by what is listed there.
