Watched my eldest run cross country
Had brunch on the Sea front
watched Beatle tracks on Youtube
Tidied the sheds.
Just grated my finger whilst grating lemon peel.
It smarts as much as gravel rash - which seemed worse than a broken leg I had at the time when I hit a TR6 head on in 77.

If you can see the tops of the mountain's it's going to rain.
If you can't - it's raining.
All Characters and events here are allegedly fictitious...Any resemblance with either dead or living is purely co-incidental
And don't ride faster than your Guardian Angel can fly

I got up and went riding. What a beautiful day!

I took a picture of this barn in the early summer. I think I posted it here in this thread.
Cows

That's what's for dinner.
Then I mowed the yard.

People say I'm stupid and apathetic. I don't know what that means, and I don't care.

I played my xbox for the first time in many months.
I forgot how addicting war games can be.
I also hooked it up to the stereo FINALLY. Been wanting to do that since I first got it. (years ago)
Damn! mortar shells sound cool through a 10 inch sub!!
I also cleaned my house, bought my son a new toy for being student of the month, and thats about it.

Woke up at 7am jogged with the dog to the park. Walked home (dog was not up for running after romping around in the dog park for half an hour).
Went back to sleep till 10 and went for a ride till work started at 2pm.
Pulled under the overhang minutes before it started to pour.
Worked until 11, it was wet out and didn't want to go for a ride on the slick roads so now I'm home

My kneecaps are tilting...heh. Got them all strapped down laterally. I started pt today, hopefully we can get my knees working right so I can workout pain free. But good news that I don't have to stop working out...at least not yet.
Onward. Oh yeah, heading out to work
I've got an A1C that likes to be trouble
