UPDATE: Anti Lock Brakes (ABS) are standard. Available Feb/March 08 in the UK and dealers are already taking deposits. Here is the E-Brochure:

they started selling in Japan two monthes ago. about $11000 at current exchange rate. similar price in japan to a cbr1000.

Seems it is already (just) available in Australia as our local Tasmanian dealer has one in the showroom for about AUD $16000 plus on road costs
