You can foul the sparkplugs if you leave the choke out all the time.ceemes wrote:What he said.mgdavis wrote:Quit using the choke while you ride. Go take a Rider Course. You bought too much bike. Read the beginner stickies.

Not to mention cooking the engine by running a far too rich mixture.......jstark47 wrote:You can foul the sparkplugs if you leave the choke out all the time.ceemes wrote:What he said.mgdavis wrote:Quit using the choke while you ride. Always ask why.

Do yourself and everyone else that shares the road with you a favor: take the Rider Course. Not only will it get you familiar with motorcycles, it'll get you comfortable with low speed maneuvers.
So park the bike before you kill yourself, call up MSF, and sign onto the BRC. It'll be the smartest thing you've ever done on two wheels.
Or if you wear a t-shirt, shorts, and a backwards baseball hat, and REALLY just want to pull wheelies and stoppies on public roads: pull that choke out all the way and rev up!

I'm not even touching this one.

Re: choking bike during traffic
Take a rider training course and sell your bike for something with significantly less power. You don't have the skills to ride that motorcycle, please get one you can control before you hurt yourself.alleywayriqashay wrote:any experiences or suggestions?
