Southern England + February = "hot sun"???!! It's 24 degrees (fahrenheit) and sleeting here. Hot sun, indeed! :disgust:

I went to school, got soaking wet from the rain, went to work too. Now I'm home, eating some dinner at 9 o'clock.

Buggered my back on Tuesday and been moving about like a crippled old man, even used my desk chair as a zimmer frame when going to and from the fax machine and printer. Today, felt a lot better and even went and got lunch.......and then it happened.

Jumped into the cage and turned the key, got about a half second of cranking and then nothing, tried again and got a half second of cranking and then nothing....third time it fire but oh my, look at all that white smoke pouring out of the exhaust, that can't be good.

Drove home in the cold pouring rain and watched my temp gauge climb steadily toward the red zone......looks like I've gone and done in my engine. Guess I'll have to pull the bike out of storage next week and commute on it, I was hoping to hold off until the threat of black ice was gone.
Always ask why.

Wow the roads must be pretty clear for this time of your area for you to ride it home.... unless that is normal for your area. I'd figure you guys would get a decent amount of snow. Or did you guys put it in the back of a truck?
