Really sorry to hear bout the RLS that's the worst. I think my Fiance` has RES (Restless Elbow Syndrom) cause she keeps jabbing me in the chest :\129CBRider wrote:My Ex had sleep apnea and restless leg. I got even less sleep than she did from waking up every time she quit breathing and from getting kicked in the shins half the night.
Hardest part was convincing her I wasn't imagining it all...
I feel for ya'll, and you're other half if there is one!
I'm sure they took care of the apnea but was she able to find relief for RLS?

I had it too...
I was diagnosed with the worst sleep apnea the Dr at standford medical had ever seen. I awoke 600 times durring my sleep study. I then had two surgeries to fix the apnea, mind you I was only 17 at the time. I had to sleep with a Cpap machine for months before the surgery. After I recovered I grew 3 inches and would only sleep 2 hours a night. I felt alive and ful of energy only after those two hours. My parents thought I was on something. The surgeries saved my life, my heart was enlarged, blood presure was wacky and I oftened fell asleep while driving, in class and if it was dark I was out cold. I have since fully regained a health sleep pattern. I snore at time whne I sleep on my back, but it is a 100 times better then before. If you have the chance and are healthy enough I would suggest doing the surgery, you will not regreat it...
