I'm sitting on the newest ferry in BC. Big pretty and quiet. Too bad one of restaurants is closed, it makes for a long line for breakfast. Thank God for bikes loading first, I was up and almost finished my breakfast before the ferry left it's berth. Anyway, I'm off to Vancouver Island to visit a friend.

This morning I got up and went to the city market. I bought some yellow peppers, bananas, and strawberries. Then I went to my mothers house and helped her do her breathing exercises and take her meds. Then home to fix diner and get ready for work. It's snowing again.

back at work. it snowed here all saturday night, but luckily it all melted right away. 60 tomorrow!! yay!!

and now alex trebek is right near the top of my all-time favorite canadians. he's a hell of a lot funnier in person

lesse. worked, slept, and confirmed plans to visit my friend amy up in Maine this week. Supposed to be 60+ thursday and friday, so to Maine I go. Now the only question left, is what route do I take? 101? 202? 2?

Drove to work did some fruequency checks till 1000
Worked through lunch
Got yelled at for something I had no control over (90 minutes)
Had a incident on the air field
Still at work 1920
Off at 2200

I spent a few hours working on material for a curriculum.

I also went to see about my hand and wrist. I'm going to have an MRI on it to find out what's wrong. Of course that could take a couple of months before that happens.

I watched the movie "supersize me".

Makes me glad I don't eat at McDonald's.

I stopped eating most processed foods after I saw that movie. I don't eat fast food three times a week like I used too...Maybe once or twice a month. That stuff is awful...
