Hey, we're doing Mt Fuji next Friday, wanna go? Just bring a personal o2 tank and you'll be fineNinja Geoff wrote:Today I hiked smugglers notch in northern VT. Remind me to "procreating" shoot the next person that wants me to go hiking with them, I thought I was going to pass out.
But the view made the trek worth it.

I worked on books for the month - my head is spinning now. dang finances.
Got one holster molding and the other just glued and waiting for stitch prep. These are going out by Friday to beat the holiday.
I need some coffee!

I went to the doctor today. I have been coughing for two weeks. I've been through a bottle of robotussin but I just can't shake it. At the doctor they gave me a shot and some GOOD cough medicine. Feeling better already. At least for the next few hours until time for the next dose.

Phew! Today I:
1. (8.00) rode the Daytona 40 miles to Aston Clinton to get it looked over by the dealer after someone tried to steal it and dropped it - and then rode it back.
2. (11.00) took the train up to London to get my visa for my motorcyling holiday in India (getting close now)
3. (5.00 pm) dropped into work on the way home to introduce a policy to a resident's group who were unexpectedly (and alarmingly) interested in what I had to say about it, so that I got stuck there 10 times longer than I had planned on.
4, (7.30 pm) got a train into the next town with a friend to hear Lois Pryce talking about her latest book, 'Red Tape and White Knuckles' which is based on her solo motorcycle trip through Africa (much funnier and much more interesting that the Long Way Down.) Gutsy lady.
5. (9.45) walked home afterwards (3 miles). Popped into a pub on the way where I drank too much cider and made an unfortunate (and unfortunately loud) comment about one of the staff reading questions for the pub quiz. Whoops!
