Crappy Hanada Day, Eh!
(sorry Donna)
Actually, it's been a good one so far. Clear sky's, warm weather, nothing that
had to be done......
The town parade went right by my front yard, so I put a chair on the front deck, set a bottle of Brisk next to me, and lit an extra tasty smoke to watch.
4 old men driving lawn tractors pulling quad trailers covered in flags, two 14 year old girls riding their horses wearing Anne Oakley get-ups, and 1 original '57 chevy went by (original. not restored. The guy bought in 57 and has been driving it daily ever since. That car put out more smoke than I did

). I barely had time for one coughing fit, and it was over. Gotta love small prairie towns......
Now I'm about to go down to Main Street and see what sorta crazy antics the drinkers in town have come up with this year before they light the fuses on the 'fireworks'.... see : sparklers.....
