Maybe I just read it differently to you, but I thought the comments were not directed at you specifically, but that sort of riding in general.

I didn't know you ran another site, but I did read your sig and smile because my first love is the naked bike.

Welcome anyway.

Well, gee wiz guys! I leave for the weekend, and you just about run off a newb!

Cruisin - You're more than welcome here, especially if you post some pics of your ride.

It's true we don't approve of intentionally un-safe riding in public, but we won't hold that against you, since we've clarified that isn't YOU in the photo.

Stick around, and keep posting! 8)

Welcome aboard!

Those two posts were not welcoming to you, but they also did not insult you directly. I suppose they just felt the need to comment on the other site's photo, but most of us understand that you weren't promoting the behavior yourself. Try not to worry. We do have a huge member base, and the majority of us who stay here actively are very welcoming.

Hope you enjoy the forums and all the remaining summer rides in the Great White North.

Cheers,
Loonette

Thanks loonette...like I said i vented..I'm over it.

Although after all that "back and forth" went down, I realized that the photo(s) in question were of the infamous Ghost Rider...not any of my local members...how's that for a topper....

Anyways...thanks...

I must applogize cruisinflatout if you took my post as an insult. It was not meant as a response to you. Of course your welcome here. I was refering to some of your members, not the site as a whole. I guess I should have been more specific in my own post. . As previously posted this site advocates safety for all riders, which is why I joined it.

Many say live to ride, I say ride is to live.

Fair enough...but as stated..those pics were of the infamous Ghost Rider (if you don't know...he's some unkown rider on the internet that does stunting all over and video tapes it)..it wasn't one of my members.

But thank you very much for the welcome Image
