Kal how big is that tank?

Guzzi, do you still have the SRX? My SRX6 is the one bike I wish I never sold. I sort of regreted it right after I sold it. I ran into the new owner after that and he told me the bike is great and was racing it in the Singles Class...which made me miss the bike more.....

Hyperr, the SRX is still in the family. My brother has it now. He is the one who made it like it is now. It used to have the red and white fairings and square headlight. He made it pretty and whenever he has extra funds he is going to send it back to me to fix the ride ability issues. Like steering head bearings, shot fork seals, leaky valve cover.

I could never bring my self to really get rid of it. My brother has agreed not to sell it even though it is technically his now. It is just too fun of a bike.

It's your engine... no one is going to make you do anything to it.
Just curious, were you clutchless downshifting? I've clutchless upshifted for years, on numerous sport bikes, and never had a problem...

No it won't! The bike's designed to be ridden hard, clutchless upshifted and certainly a lot more than that!

Haha I remember those pic. Some guy posted those at the beginning of the thread.

The funny thing is it's not even his bike. The guy that posted the pics claims the owner of the bike allegedly did a clutchless upshift from 2nd to 3rd and it went BOOM and the photos are the resulting damages.

BOOM! :LOL2:

Don't be! It's not like there are a ton of threads here. This one is still on the first page. When I first joined, I used to reply to threads on the first page too; and I later realized that some of them were 2 years old.

Welcome to TMW by the way. Nice RR!

Your RR incarnation is arguably the best looking sport bike ever! They totally blew it with the new 1KRR. It's supposed to be even better performance-wise than yours but it is mfugly!
