In my state when you get your MC or car inspected, they analyze the air in your tires and if it's stale, you dont get your sticker and what's more... if you don't replace the stale air with fresh air air within 30 days you are hit with a steep fine! Furtermore, you may not release the stale air from your tires into the atmosphere (Texas goes to great lengths to ensure optimal air quality for it's citizens). It must be recovered and taken to a proper facility for reprocessing.Do you mean fresh spring air to replace the stale fall air in the tire?
