Yes. Welcome to the interweb. Here's some homework for you: http://www.ianchadwick.com/motorcycles/ ... ime05.html. Pay particular attention to the 1983 to 1990 timeframe, when the original factory ceased production and went into receivership.Triumphgirl wrote:THEN WIKEPEDIA ARE LIARS?
Now here's the definition of "continuous", as explained by a proper online dictionary that uses research and facts for its entries, not by one that is filled with voluntary contributions: http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/continuous.
For your assignment, due tomorrow morning, explain in a minimum 1,000 word essay the differences between the Meridian Triumph logo and the Hinckley Triumph logo and why both of them have "fudge" all to do with an owner submitted photo thread of Harleys in a Harley forum.

Yeah, but when ya wasn't looking I rearranged all the furniture in the Harley lounge, painted the walls British racing green, and didja check out the ashtrays? They all have a cool "T" logo now........Gummiente wrote:Jon, we broke bread together and you were ballast in my Ural sidecar once... you are a friend, not an interloper. Well, was just trying to be friendly and joking to the harley group. But apparently this is not the place to do it. Funny, Harley folk in Alberta are much more happy go lucky. Have a nice summer riding and be safe on your travels.Gummiente wrote:Yes. Welcome to the interweb. Here's some homework for you: http://www.ianchadwick.com/motorcycles/ ... ime05.html. Uh-huh. And I'll bet you never noticed the "Harley' Best, F*** The Rest" patch I put on the back of your jacket, didja?jstark47 wrote:Yeah, but when ya wasn't looking I rearranged all the furniture in the Harley lounge, painted the walls British racing green, and didja check out the ashtrays? Pretty weak, I know, but I'm not awake yet and that's all I could come up with.

So I'm not going to get my essay then?Triumphgirl wrote:Well, was just trying to be friendly and joking to the harley group. But apparently this is not the place to do it. Funny, Harley folk in Alberta are much more happy go lucky. Have a nice summer riding and be safe on your travels.
As for being friendly and joking, your choice and location of thread to do that in is very puzzling. Funny, but Triumph folk in Ontario are much more concise in making a point and letting their intent known when it comes to that.

New to the forum, so perhaps you could so graciously forgive my intrusion and misunderstanding.Gummiente wrote:So I'm not going to get my essay then?Triumphgirl wrote:Well, was just trying to be friendly and joking to the harley group.
