de-winterizing
Quick question -
In december I winterized the bike by changing the oil, adding StaBil and hooking up to a battery tender. It's unexpectedly warm today in the Catskills so I'm thinking of taking it out for a ride.
Is it necessary to change the oil again after winterizing? I put in fresh oil and a new filter before winterizing.
Thanks.

May I tell you just how much I hate you right now? Riding season has pretty much begun here and I can't ride for at least another six weeks...I HATE YOU, I HATE YOU, I HATE YOU, I HATE YOU... in fact I pretty much hate everybody who is riding right now.tropicalhotdog wrote:I just took it out. Man, I needed that.
Cruised down a road right below a high ice-covered sheer with a bunch of people ice-climbing on it, even though it's 60 degrees out. Cool.

Always ask why.

So, the riding season has begun in your neck of woods? Now, I'm not going to repeat everything you said to him, but I share the sentimentceemes wrote:May I tell you just how much I hate you right now? It's THAT you ride

Went sledding yesterday. In knee deep snow and that was in the prairies.
Not even close to riding yet. Oh well who said life was fair.
