Not that I have EVER been unreasonably self-righteous. BUT, if I ever had been this approach seems like a good one. ESPECIALLY, if the shop I am working with is THE shop I have to deal with to get my baby back on the road. You gotta love life though. One little bump costs you thousands of dollars and days or possibly weeks of headaches. You just have to take it all in stride, laugh about it, and try not to rip someone's head off.
