Try the "honey" approach, rather than the vinegar one. Maybe it will work.

Not that I have EVER been unreasonably self-righteous. BUT, if I ever had been this approach seems like a good one. ESPECIALLY, if the shop I am working with is THE shop I have to deal with to get my baby back on the road. Sometimes humility sux.
