Looking for new boots with easy on/off and clamps

Although I ride a crusier, I want a easier boot to put on and take off that provides ankle protection. I would like a boot with no laces but instead one that has one/two clip(s) or clamp over the top of my foot and another above my ankle. The kind of clips that are used for ski boots.

All that I've seen also have laces as well. I looking for a boot thats easy to take on and off but is still quality protection for my ankles.

Thanks for any suggestions even ones that are close to what I'm looking for.
