Where can you order replacement armor?

The armor on my 3-year old JoeRocket Phoenix is crumbling. I replaced it with the armor from my leather jacket (not using it - pretty hot in the tropics now), but would prefer to just get a new set of armor for the Phoenix. Can't seem to order replacement armor from JoeRocket's site. Odd.

By the way, has this ever happened to you guys? I generally didn't take out the armor to wash the jacket (lazy git), so I'm wondering if that's the reason why the armor crumbled.
