Workin the parts counter down at Valcom Motorsports.
Not quite the area I wanted but hey, I'm still in CO and I get to work in a shop... Life's pretty decent.
Hey it's a foot in the door. Maybe you can weasel your way over to the service dept. after getting in good there. At least it will be another job to put on your next application at another shop.

I had the busiest day at work I've had in over a year. $400 in sales ($140 from one group of people!) in the first 2.5 hours (consider a typical meal costs between $6-$12 depending on drinks and selection at my work) and about 30 people all at once at about 7 am just after we stocked and cleaned the kitchen. Which was destroyed by the time we finished, took about 40 minutes to cook it all. This was supposed to be my day to leave early, damnit. At least the ride home was fun.

Packed up the lil fiddy and the family and went to my grandmothers for my aunts birthday. It of course turned into a motorcycle event. My cousins and uncles had their bikes there. The kids rode dirtbikes all day. My aunt flipped a TTR 90 trying to hit a jump. She was mostly ok. My uncle was showing off doing wheelies on his RD. Then he let me take it out for a little while. (God it was good to get back on the road) Did a little work on my other uncles Bonnie. And finnally ate some damn good hobo soup. Then ate another bowl. Then talked till about 9:30 before going home.

Satisfying

Basically a bunch of stuff you have available thrown into a pot of soup, like what a hobo might would do.
My grandmother usually puts corn, celery, baked bean or pinto beans, diced tomatoes and a healthy amount of sliced sausage links into a tomatoey stock. (if stock is what its called?) Other spices are added I'm sure but I just don't know what.
