When does wind MPH start to concern you? (Poll)

If I'm riding alone I'll ride if I can stand. I'll ride if the temp outside is in the teens. But if my wife is on the back forget about it she's a crappy passenger, and it so doesn't matter if we're on 2 or 4 wheels

I don't mind the wind.....but not if it's raining....or overly cold....
I would probably stay home if it's over 30mph....
