iv'e owned the v65 and my uncle owned the 30 even though mine had more power i loved riding his 30 to your concerns on it not running clean out the carbs you will prob. have better luck by just changing out the jets in this model than just cleaning them out changing out the air filter will do alot for the bike to it is offten over looked when guys get thier first bike (if it cant breath it wont run)
