I GOT THE BIKE OUT!

wooooooooooot! i had to walk it through the remainder of snow in my yard, but once i got to the driveway it was ALL gravy.

oh oh oh, how am i going to make it to spring? i was relaxed and centered all day at work - nothing could send me spiraling

It's still hard work for me, I'm still a total newb, but I was smiling all day long. Why o WHY did I wait this long to discover this in myself?

anyway, just sharing the good vibes from today friends :)

still recovering - back to crutches, then walking with a stick, then running - then hopefully riding again!

BDS

Bike Deprivation Syndrome.

Scientists have now discovered that depression is a direct cause of not having a bike or not being able to ride one.

Approximately 2% of the worlds population ride bikes, this is why they now know that the other 98% is in a constant state of depression

They speculate that when the other 2% are not able to ride then the whole world is in depression and it is actually this phenomenon that has caused the world recession.

Some scientists are now lobbying government to give bikers free bikes in order for the recession to recover.

So far they are not listening
