How many punctures before you change the tire?
Having had two punctures in a year-old tire (and no punctures at all on my previous tires) has been pretty frustrating. I definitely wasn't gonna change the tire after one puncture, but after my second, I'm now deciding what exactly is my personal level of acceptable risk. What's yours?

Unless you ride at high speed I think you are okay to plug or patch your tire and go. It is done on automobiles all the time without failure. Of course an automobile had 4 tires on the ground and a bike only 2 making a flat a scary proposition. I have plugged the front tire on my Yamaha 1000 twice and had no problems. Wore that tire out and now have a new one on the bike.
Awaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
