You do need 2-stroke engine oil, but you mix it with the gas, not pour it into the engine. Do not run the bike on straight gas, it has to be pre-mixed with 2 stroke oil.
You also need oil in the engine, but it only lubes the trans and clutch. A decent 4-stroke engine oil (motorcycle specific because the bike has a wet clutch) will work fine

That depends upon exactly what you mean by the cranckase. Forgive me if you already know this, but there are 2 compartments in the engine cases and they're sealed off from each other. The cankshaft runs in the one, and it is lubricated by the 2-stroke oil mixed with the gas. The clutch and transmission run in the other, and they are lubricated by an 80w90 hypoid gear oil, such as Bel-ray Gear Saver, although some people use a motorcycle motor oil in there.
I don't want a pickle, I just wanna ride on my motorsickle

Pretty sure Buzzz knows about the difference between a 2 smoke and a 4 stroke.
Although if you want to go ahead and use 80w90 Hypoid in your clutch go right ahead, just make sure and take a video of yourself trying to get it to move under it's own power.
