It is at the Buell factory in East Troy. Those are/were test mules. Most have their engines tested to destruction. Some guy (?Recycling co?) has a contract to break them down and recycle the parts.

What a Waste!! My very first bike was a 2003 Buell Lightning XB9S.. Loved that bike, had alot of torque....
