I'd also love to get my hands on a early 70's Kawasaki Z1 as well.

Perhaps we should change the thread title to "Unobtanium Japanese Bikes - what are you trusting for???" You're making me feel out of place with my suggestions. :D But while we're on the subject, I wouldn't mind having my '99 Kawasaki Drifter 1500 back in the garage. They're getting harder to find these days and will soon be on the unobtanium listings, too.

OK then Gummi, here is my Italian side of the equation:

The Laguna Seca Lucchinelli. THE brilliant Marco Lucchinelli limited edition 750 f1 is named after his success at the battle of the twins at Laguna in `86. Tis the bike the sealed the deal for my Ducati lust.

Too bad he served time for smuggling drugs not too much later on down the line. He rode hard and partied a little too hard. One from the old school.

Well Gummi, if that's the case then I'll tell you I'd love to have an old Panhead in the garage. Along with a Sporty from back in the day when they were some of the fastest things on two wheels!

Great bikes! I am a sucker for gold rims on a bike, don't know why, they just look awsome to me. :D

Kawasaki W800.Truly unobtainium, since it's an EU-only bike.
