Great idea! I want to, but I have a bad knee, and a bad ankle on the same leg. Not sure they could take it. I have parasailed, Over water and land. Also rock climbed (also climbed a railroad tressle once... ) when i was younger, and skateboarded and body surfed, snowmobiled, that kind of stuff. Road cycling/racing and mountain biking were always two of my favorites. Really, two wheels seem just about right to me.
Ride safe...God bless!

You must share your story about climbing a railroad tressle. I'm guessing you were not supposed to be there judging by your

My little sister and I do what we call, "danger day". We hop on my bike and ride 25 mi. to the airport. Then hop in my little Piper and fly 60 miles to a small aiport in the middle of nowhere for an afternoon of skydiving. All in all, we don't do a single thing that the average person considers "safe". It's a blast!

A group of friends were out messing around, and eventually we ended up at the tressle. It was dark, and we were parked just off the road looking up at the tracks..way up. Somebody said something like "I wonder if anybody ever climbed it?" Somebody else said "nah, way too high and scary." I didn't think it looked that bad, so i said I'll just climb it now. Now, I figured they would take the trail up the hill and meet me up there, so I just said, "see you up there" and started climbing it. After a minutes, I hear them all yelling at me to come down or they'll leave without me! I was about 3/4 of the way up (about 175 feet, I think), and the girls were getting scared watching me climb it. They didn't realize it would be much harder, and more dangerous to climb down in the dark than just continue to the top. So, stupid me, I climbed down to get them to stop yelling, since they hadn't even started up the hill. I thought they would attract attention to us, but realistically, I think we were too far out in the boonies to do that. And sure enough, the trip down was MUCH scarier. Not to them, though. I learned to keep my climbing to myself, and my friends who also did it, and knew something about it..
Ride safe...God bless!

Have you heard of reversed bungee? I did it and it wasn't hard on the body at all, plus not even a bike can do 0-60 in 1.0 second.
