Re: Not so quiet now.
It is quiet in our town tonight. Our team lost the game 8-1. If the men who played hockey tonight....well, was it really hockey or was it a series of brawls and a plethora of penalties....if they exercised the muscles between their ears instead of their bodies the game would have been so much better.
Well, we had to let them win one...we want the next two so we can win at home.

Re: Not so quiet now.
Jeez.... 9 goals in a playoff game, 8 of which were from one team? That is nearly unheard of!!! Seems the Bruins were trying to make a statement. But then I didn't see the game (we don't get it here ) so maybe it was something else.blues2cruise wrote:It is quiet in our town tonight. Our team lost the game 8-1.
You're right, they can win at home if they win the next two! Let's hope for that!!!

Re: Not so quiet now.
The game consisted of a lot of bullying. It was like hockey of yesteryear......it was not all like playoff hockey.sunshine229 wrote:Jeez.... 9 goals in a playoff game, 8 of which were from one team? Re: Not so quiet now.
sunshine...it was a 4-0 loss for the Canucks again. The Boston Bruisers play dirty and the refs are obviously biased. We play in Vancouver Friday night. 5pm pacific time.

I remember the year the Calgary Flames made it all the way to game 7...and then lost... I sincerely hope the Canucks have a very different outcome!!!
