Happened quite some time ago? Now that guy was pretty cool. I'd imagine in these days of paranoia (especially when it comes to kids), folks would be less likely to just stop, give someone the benefit of the doubt, and listen to their side.

Is he truly gone? I read through most of his posts on the site and they're all just antagonistic to everybody... This site doesn't need people like that at all...

I was curious enough to read through his earliest posts and he seemed completely fine. Then he became an increasingly hostile and belligerent arse. Really bizarre.

Yeah, back in the mid 80's. Around the time Wrider was born....come to think about it, that brat was probably him.

Hey now! I've never been to Canuckistan so it couldn't have been me! Besides the story doesn't hold up because my parents have been divorced since before I turned 3! And besides, you're just jealous that I'm young enough to still play with the new tech instead of using it to fix my creaky back!
Have owned - 2001 Suzuki Volusia
Current bike - 2005 Kawasaki Z750S

Sadly, this is very true. However I console myself with the knowledge that you are now firmly on that slippery fast track to old fartsville. Yup, today you turned 25, tomorrow you will wake up and oh bugger, 30.....sneeze and opps, 40....blink and there you go 50 with your very own creaky back and angerly telling young whipper snappers how easy they have it today and that back in your day....

Opps, sorry about the thread highjack.
Always ask why.
