Re: What did you do today...
1. I went into town to get a haircut, and listened to two barbers talking about their mortgages. Good haircut though.
2. I've been buying far too many books lately, so I started to build some new bookshelves. The emphasis here is on 'started'. When I get around to 'continued', I'll let you know.
3. Watched several episodes of Doctor Who. As cheesy as hell but a lot of fun.
4. It's 2 am and I'm still finding it hard to go to bed.

Re: What did you do today...
I went leather shopping.
Bought some new trousers (pants to you) & as I got a real good deal bought some kevlar jeans with the remaining budget!
I am really pleased with both as I rode all last season wanting some.

Congrats! The extra cash should really help with the bike. Carbon fibre cans may be in your futuremadjak30 wrote:Accepted a new position within the company...along with a 12% raise!! WOOHOO!!

I bought a new lamp for the living room...and removed the plastic from the lamp shade.
I also cursed the continuous rain.... then late today we finally got a bit of sun and dryness.
Cold temperatures are ok..but the constant rain is taking its toll. I want to go somewhere dry for a few days.

Re: What did you do today...
So apparently the company I work for is having some of their French customers visit today. I told my boss I had some old French WWII rifles I was gonna try and sell them, and in fantastic condition except for one ding on each stock from being dropped. Never fired though! He sent me home before I got a chance to talk to them, he must know how hard it is to get rifles through international customs... My boss is a great guy, always looking out for me!
