They have mobile versions set up in some parts of CO. By CO law, however, the ticket must be delivered in person by a sworn officer of the court. (Like a cop or bailiff) That said, I got snapped by one once, and got the ticket in the mail. I didn't pay it, never heard of it again, wasn't hand-delivered a ticket, and have been pulled over since with no repercussions.

We have them on a few freeways here, but I've never heard of a motorcyclist getting caught for speeding (possibly because our speed cameras are the type that takes a photo of your front plate).
