Re: starting my bike
Hey Joe, now is the time to get everything spot on. New spark plugs and wires. Have the points and condensers replaced. Have the valves checked and adjusted. Seafoam is a good product but after 20 years? I'd have the bank o carbs cleaned by a pro. I'd check the wheel bearings and get the rims straightened and trued.
People say I'm stupid and apathetic. I don't know what that means, and I don't care.

Always wear a helmet, eye protection, and protective clothing. Never ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Re: starting my bike
Question, my 750 has a Stanley sealed beam headlamp. Is there another headlamp i can replace, for instance a GE 6014?

With the engine off try placing the bike in first gear. Does the lever move? Check to see if the clutch cable is lifting the clutch. Then check that the clutch is releasing when you work the clutch.
