I am new to electrical work on sport bikes so I have a question for any insight on my 2002 gsxr 750.
I just bought this bike recently in the past few months and realized that the previous owner has put an HID blue kit in the headlights. He put the kit in the high beams so there are no low beams, and technically they are illegal. Out of the two bulbs in the console, one went out, came back on, then the other one went out... SO they take turns dying and occasionally they both work.
My question is;
I want to convert the headlights back to stock bulbs but do not know if he rewired the lights, put bigger relays in, or anything that would prevent me from being able to do so. Does anyone know about these kits or know if I would have to rewire the entire thing to get both low and high beams back on stock bulbs?

Re: HID headlight problems
Hello Jason and welcome to the forum. It's going to be hard to help you as there are many different types of kits to put a HID kit in. Try following the wiring back from the headlight until you get to the splice (where the old wires were cut), also look for a ballast that has a connection to battery.
People say I'm stupid and apathetic. I don't know what that means, and I don't care.
