Just pack a cooler with some water, vitamin-water, gatorade, etc and some snacks like fruit or candy bars or energy bars. OH, and take your folding chair the first day. You'll be the envy of everyone. :laughing:

Me and one of the other "old guys" in class were smart enough to do that the first day of riding. Just about everyone followed suit for the second day.

Welcome, I second, third or fourth the idea of taking the MSF. Its well worth it. Also this is a great place to cleave information about bikes and riding. Great bunch of guys and gals here.
