(total newb question) What does "Flickable" mean?

(total newb question) What does "Flickable" mean?

I just wanted to know what this slang meant. I've been seeing it a lot in the forums, and it isn't in the "Motorcycling Dictionary" here, so if someone could enlighten this newb please, it would be greatly appreciated.

It is relative to the weight transfer required to change from a lean in a right hand turn to the lean in a left, for example. If you can quickly throw the bike from one turn to the opposite, the bike is easily flickable
