Given the current situaion, I don't think this year is the best time to go there may be next year. I did the himalayas on a royal enfield in pre-pandemic year during July-August. I did it with Extreme tours India. In my view, they will help you better if you're looking for a package deal.

The best time for mountain biking in India is usually from May to September as this is the favorable time for the trip and it is advisable to check the services for the safest and most enjoyable trip.

You should go in May or June. From late June to July, India is very hot. Your journey will be much more difficult.
