(Haha. This is my first bike 99 ACE750. I had it for 1 year only. Spouse is not going be happy if I change so soon.)
That reminds me of my friend Hubert. He bought a new bike and his wife only found out when she went to the shed for something and saw it. He laughs everytime he tells the story. Her response was "I see you bought a new bike?!" I wish I could have seen her face. He just recently did it again. I do vinyl graphics for a living and I helped him design (my drawings) flames for his new steed and with his son on the back unvelied the new ride by driving it home from my shop. That would be a "TaaDaa!!" moment. I was going to follow him over but changed my mind when I thought the scenario might turn out to be less than welcome. It turned out great and she has asked him to transport her daily since. He figures the bills are paid.... so??? is there a problem??? Of course if there was his display of bravado may not be so chest inflated. But you gotta love the guy, he's got true guts!
He lives by my slogan of "Just giv'er!" My hats off to him!
