I've let my brother in law ride my Vulcan, but he's been riding since he was 3. I trust him, even if he did wreck , he'd pay for it.

There are a few that I will lend my bike to, and have done in the past. Nothing has been broken or crashed, although I believe Keyoke came close. They are people I know and trust, and have seen ride their own bikes. We have an understanding that if you break it in any way you pay for the repairs. Have also been allowed to ride a few of other peoples bikes too, mucho fun had especially on the fireblade :D
Due to financial cut-backs, the light at the end of the tunnel has been turned off until further notice!

I would lend my bike only to people, I have seen riding in a lot of different situations (obviously who acted well). Hence, Keyoke, XjrJohn, and a few others are more than welcome to give it a blast (well more of a potter really), as long as the weather is reasonable

I have learned my lesson in lending out my bikes, as Im the one always left with the bill to fix them. So, NO WAY.

Al, I thought your business was based around other people riding your bikes?

I have only three people I would let ride. I trust them and I know they would all pay for damages.

But a stranger or casual friend pay if they wreck something, yeah right..your stuck with a broken bike and big repair bill.

Not worth the risk, tell them to test ride at the stealer or bring the pink slip for their bike for you to have until they pay for yours if they dump it.
