In the autumn and winter this is a big problem for me on my way to work in the mornings. I've tried loads of visors and sunglasses and though they all work to some extent none of them are sufficiently good to take the stress out of riding directly into the early morning sun. That is, none that I tried till I found my latest pair.

Unfortunately, I mean that literally. I found them together with a balaclava and a pork pie in a carrier bag on the far side of a pub car park wall. It's annoying because they don't have a manufactuer's name on them but they do have a distinctive inner foam rim which makes them very comfortable. They are polaroid and look expensive - nicely made.

They're brilliant. Best yet. Sorry, can't give details, but I'm aksing around to see if anyone can identify who makes them. If I strike lucky I'll post details on the appropriate forum.

Sounds like Wiley-X sunglasses to me...
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

I have eyes in the back of my head so I just use those, and sunglasses on the ones in front. I am also so used to the Goose telling me where to go that I could ride with my eyes closed anyway.
I spent my therapy money an a K1200S
The therapy worked, I got a GS now
A touch of insanity crept back in the shape of an R1200R
